Terrible customer services. Ringing the number puts you through to a call centre of generic answers "please wait till the end of the week for an update".
Haven't recieved a single email from md carpentry since placing the order. Delivery times are miles off on the website and no one seems to care. Definitely would not recommend this company.

I commented my review as I told this company I would! They replied with false claims trying to say that they had sent the correct gates and all the orders show this! Please not if anyone would like to see the evidence I have comment and I can send it through! They are Liars! Not only this but after my comment they tried to report it and claim it contained illegal content and threats!
These people are scamming people! They are doing so knowingly and trying their hardest to cover their backs! Its acctually disgusting! When we pay for something we expect it to come as it should and we expect to get what we pay for! With these YOU DONT!
AVOID these 'exceptional carpenters' at all length they are not what they say they are and their standards are absolutly shocking. As I say i have EVERYTHING to back up what happened! I can prove that to anyone who wants the information and are looking at purchasing through these people!
Shoddy products, absolutly disgusting customer service, vile lies and false reports!
I WILL BE REPORTING THESE TO TRADING STANDARDS! THIS IS WRONG!

The gates delivered were supplied according to the size and specifications selected at the time the order was placed. Our order records, product listing, and delivery documentation all confirm the details of the item purchased and the item supplied.
We carefully reviewed the screenshots and recordings you previously sent and they confirm the specifications selected when the order was placed. The gates delivered therefore matched the order that was submitted.
We take accusations of dishonesty very seriously. Our business supplies many customers through recognised marketplaces and maintains detailed records of every order, including product specifications and proof of delivery.
If you believe there has been a misunderstanding, we are happy for the matter to be reviewed by the relevant marketplace or authorities with the full order documentation available.

Very disappointing experience with MD…
Very disappointing experience with MD Carpentry. I ordered garden gates which were never received. When I contacted the company to resolve the issue, there was very little care or effort to actually investigate what had happened.
Instead of helping resolve the problem or offering a replacement or refund, they simply relied on tracking showing that a parcel had been delivered, despite the gates themselves not being included.
Good customer service would involve working with the customer to sort out missing items, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I am now having to go through a lengthy dispute process to try and resolve something that should have been handled by the company in the first place.

amazon said delivery in 48 hrs. seller takes 10days to deliver.
this is too long, I had arranged people to fit the gate.
i have now changed my review from 1 star to 4 star.
After 1 hrs 30 mins on the phone talking to amazon and the currier at no avail we were able to contact the seller. i have no idea what the seller did but they managed to get this gate to me 10 hrs after a chat with them. the seller is great, amazon and the currier not so much. the gate is of a good quality and i would recommend

Great and very prompt service. Answered email queries on the same day. Order to delivery (which was free) only 5 days. Excellent price and the gates are ready good quality. Well recommended.
