Excellent!
Rented a deluxe lightweight travel wheelchair for travel to Spain. Arrived and picked up on the days I chose. Excellent, lightweight, easy to use wheelchair in good condition and spotlessly clean. Customer service was great too. Would highly recommend this company.

Mobility scooter hire
Very good delivery service and the mobility scooter is just as described.
Just very expensive, I do not understand the 2 week charge for a 1 week hire, but as Center Parcs were unable to supply a scooter, this was the only option we found.

Excellent service
From placing the order to receiving the wheelchair it was perfect, organised and delivered on time. The gentleman that delivered the wheelchair talked me through the operation and left me feeling confident in its operation.

Exceptionally helpful
Exceptionally helpful. Quick to reply. Chair was delivered within a few days to test out ~ adaptions were needed and again quick service. Kept informed of delivery times. Care Home staff advised that the driver / engineer who fits the chair was also very helpful.

Brilliant from start to finish.
Hiring a mobility scooter couldn’t have been simpler. Communication with this company is excellent. Any issues are sorted out as a matter of urgency. Every member of staff from those in the office, to drivers, to maintenance staff are friendly, helpful and respectful. I wouldn’t hire from anywhere else.

Wheel chair did not arrive had to buy…
Wheel chair did not arrive had to buy one to go on holiday also customer services still waiting for a refund if customer services can take 2 hours to reply to my msg on trust pilot how come it takes 14 working days for a refund when they already know what the problem is it takes 1 minute to transfer money into an account

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and the inconvenience this caused ahead of your holiday. While we always do our best to ensure timely deliveries, we do use a courier service for manual wheelchairs and unfortunately delays can sometimes be out of our control. We work with the courier company to try and minimise these occasions and to get them rectified as quickly as possible.
Our customer service team asks for up to 14 working days to process refund requests, and we can see you got in touch just 2 days ago. Please rest assured your case is being handled and your refund request will be looked at within this timeframe. Thank you for your patience, and our sincere apologies again for the disruption.
