Having used the services of Nationwide Vehicle Contracors for a number of years now, I can vouch for the excellent service delivered by Lauren Reynolds. It is brilliant having the ability to contact a representative rather than just a chat bot. Lauren is super efficient and extremely helpful, thank you Lauren!

I have used Nationwide Vehicle Contracts in the past for a works van. This time I was in the market for an Electric Renault . I found the whole experience really good. I dealt with Lauren Reynolds and she kept me informed at all times. The model and colour I wanted was not available from Renault but I was prepared to wait for Renault to manufacture one for me. This was all organised seamlessly by Lauren. I could have gone to a Renault main dealer locally, but then I would have to deal with a car salesmen and end up with something I didn't want. Lauren and Nationwide did the organising for me and I got a better deal on the car I required. Will I use them again, absolutely. This is my first EV car and I am so impressed with it. I would not buy one, leasing is the way forward due to the 8 year life span of these vehicles. Leasing is the future, EV's are the future. My Renault 5 is very green. Leasing is the way forward for these vehicles and thanks to Lauren it was a very good experience. The car even arrived on a low loader which I wasn't expecting.

I have leased vehicles from Nationwide for a number of years and recently took delivery of my 5th vehicle over the past 10 years.

Lauren Reynolds was absolutely excellent and provided a first class, professional service from start to finish.

This was my first time leasing a car, and to be fair to Nationwide, their pricing was the most competitive I could find in my research. What I've since learned is that a lower price does not equal a better deal.

After my order was confirmed, the estimated delivery date to the dealer was pushed back repeatedly:

1st estimated date: 24/04
2nd estimated date: 29/04
3rd estimated date: 05/05
4th estimated date: 18/05 (communicated to me on 11/05, six days after the car was expected at the dealer)

On 07/05, I asked for an explanation for the repeated delays and my query was passed to the complaints team. Nineteen days later, I am still waiting for a response.

The car was finally delivered to me on 22/05. In fairness, the car itself arrived in good condition and the delivery driver was professional. Unfortunately, I later noticed it was missing an item, and when I rang up to enquire, they informed me that the matter had been forwarded to the complaints team.

I am not one to complain or to usually write reviews, but I'm struggling to see another way to resolve this matter. Given I'm still waiting on a reply to my initial enquiry after nineteen days (and counting), I'd rather not be left in the same position again.

Please can you action the missing item promptly.

I ordered a car, paid, the fee and agreed that new car would be delivered in May. Cancelled as dates kept being moved back last email says until the end of August. Was promised a refund (in writing) within 28 days. That has now passed. Poor communication and last email has been ignored. I have now lodged my concern with my credit card company to try to get my money back. I have leased other vehicles this has got to be the worst service ever. I would avoid!
The response demonstrates what type of a company this is . I have one email confirming a refund within 28 days and another apologising for the delay saying the matter has been escalated. The agent seems like a fair and reasonable person. I am awaiting a response from my credit card company, it would be preferable if Nationwide just processed the refund as they have said they would do on two occasions.

Renault Astrale in Garage for over 9 months, leased from I am told (by autoserve) by Nationwide vehicle contracts. No end in sight, no suitable vehicle supplied to replace warranty vehicle, customer service non existant, where to turn from here. Company has nerve to continue to charge monthly lease for vehicle that has not been on road for over 9 months - Disgracefull beyond belief

Very easy company to deal with, Nationwide Vehicle Contracts website was easy to navigate, displayed clear prices and options and had good selection of vehicles in stock

Communication was great but the experience was let down by the delivery of the car. There were two peoples details already logged into the car play system and the car stank of stale smoke from Lewis who delivered it. Very unhappy as my new car smells disgusting

This was a very easy and seamless process thanks to the support and professionalism of Lauren Reynolds . I would definitely recommend the company , and Lauren is a credit to the company .

My son introduced me to NVC when I was looking to find a new car. This was my first lease car and I didn't know what to expect. When I finally took the first step, to apply to lease the car I had chosen, it was the weekend and I didn't think I would hear anything until the Monday, but I was surprised to receive an email from Lauren Reynolds to let me know my request had been received and that she would contact me on the Monday morning. Lauren has been my 'go to' contact and within a few weeks my car arrived at my door. I am now enjoying my new car, and have recommended NVC to a few friends.

Second PCH deal began this April. My main reason was the company had maintained the consistent good service I had experienced previous to, and during my last contract.
I would recommend this leasing company.
