Seen a car lease advertised on their website on 9 April. Go through the whole process of completing their credit information request only for them to come back and say the deal ended in March and the cost has increased by £100 per month.

The response from Nationwide paints a picture of the deal being withdrawn after my enquiry whereas it was a full week before.

This is my 3rd car with Nationwide its such an easy way to renew, Lauren Reynolds was professional and very quick to respond to my questions and helped me feel at ease during the whole process. Would recommend anyone to have a look at using Nationwide, there is some good deals although prices are rising every year just like everything else. My only disappointment is that the person delivering your new car doesn't take old one away which baffles me an then your left with 2 cars for days sometimes which isnt ideal. If someone would correct this it'd be a 5* review

Lauren from Nationawide Vehicle Contracts was very helpful through the process of getting the car, she was very responsive to emails and informative on what was happening. The only problem was my original car taking longer than expected and having to change my order which made the process a little bit longer but this was only due to a miscommunication with the supplier.

I have been a customer since 2018 and never had any issues. Customer service and the delivery of the vehicle has always been spot on.
