It was the word Petrichor that first drew me to this amazing scent. I am a Park Bathing walk guide and one of the most amazing smells is walking in the woods after it has rained. I’m besotted by it already 💙

Lovely packaging for gifts, and the assistant also wrapped for me in a non branded overlay commercial paper. I know the product is good, but also a great shopping experience with friendly service and loyalty rewards!

Poor product range
I really regret that you have changed your classic label and also that you are no longer offering cherished products, such as rose & mallow facial cream, which was very different to the rose & mallow moisturiser you have now.

Classy packing and amazing value for money 💰

This is one opportunity for trying things which we normally wouldn't buy or try. Ceramic diffuser is probably the only item which I didn't like. Not of much use to me 🥺 However 💕 love the soft and cushy eye mask pillow 😍 I am so in love with it😍 just because of that one product, I've fallen in love with the entire NY Brand yet again😂🤣

Helpful customer services…
I had to contact customer services because when I was trying to purchase products from the website, I found that I had ended up with two baskets for two different groups of products. There was a discount if you spent over a certain amount. So apart from the convenience, I wanted to amalgamate all my purchases into one basket. I had had about three attempts at trying to do this. After these abortive attempts, I decided to come off the website and leave it. Later I received a supportive email assuring me that the products I wanted were still there. The person in customer service was very helpful and sorted it out for me. They were also able to arrange for it to be delivered by a carrier other than Evri, which is the default one.
