Extremely easy to book and very friendly and helpful prior to inspection.
Andy, the inspector, was very thorough and explained what he was doing.
He inspected on the Friday and the report was received on the Monday afterwards.
The report was easy to follow with all snags explained with photographs where practicable.

We were searching for a professional snagging company and saw the New Build Inspections website. We found the website easy to use and it contained lots of useful information. Our initial enquiry, and all later emails, were answered promptly and we were able to book in for our preferred date just seven days afterwards. The inspection was thorough and brought to light a number of snags that we hadn’t spotted. The report was sent to us just a day or two later, so we had it for the 14 day meeting with our site manager. It was in a user friendly format (numbered items using photos with arrows pointing to the problem and a short description) which has made it easy for us and the developer to work through the defects. Overall, happy with the service and have recommended to a friend.

This company produced a really exhaustive list of snagging issues and we're extremely straightforward to book, they asked key clarifying questions to ensure that the snagging inspection would be permitted by the developers and even liased with them to make sure this permission was granted.

Had a snagging survey completed by Ryan who was very polite and punctual. Very knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond with their aftercare service. So, I used this business for my snagging survey on my new house. Thought it was great value at the time. However, many months on, I've identified myself a number of issues that the snagger probably should have picked up on - including blocked weepholes, walls put of tolerance in the kitchen, unlevel window boards l, the list goes on so frankly feel like I've been robbed on this. Wouldn't recommend.

Our new build developer kept messing us around as to when a PCI snagging check could take place. This meant that NBI had to rearrange inspections on several occasions. Despite these challenges, NBI was extremely flexible and a pleasure to communicate with. I'd like to extend special thanks to Karen, Teigan, and Lorraine for accommodating the multiple rescheduling requests.

The inspection itself was thorough. Stuart, the inspector, did an outstanding job identifying issues with the property. After completing the inspection, he called us to highlight a particular problem that needed immediate attention before we moved in.

We used New Build Inspections for a pre-completion inspection report on our new build home.

Due to delays with both the completion of the house by the developer and issues within the chain, we had to postpone the inspection 3 times, sometimes at very short notice. New Build Inspections were hugely flexible with this which was a massive relief for us.

When the inspection was done, the report is very clear and very thorough, picking up many things that we would never have spotted. Some of the issues found were more serious than others but the completeness of the report shows that even the minor issues were recorded.

We shared the report with our developer and they were impressed with the clarity of the report and the diligence of the surveyor.

Excellent inspection by Mo who is a knowledgable, professional, and personable. Went through what he would be doing in a straightforward and easily understandable language for someone like me who knows little about building and fitting a new build. Conducted a thorough inspection and produced a report with photos and relevant explanations within 24 hours. Karen in the office was also first class and handled arrangements professionally. If you want a company who acts professionally and actually do as advertised, then I can't recommend them highly enough.
There customer service is excellent and the inspector on the day Ryan has an eye for detail and misses nothing.
The report sent through has so much detail, including photographs, which will be sent straight to the builder.
New Build Inspections have promised me that they will be there to support me from start to finish, no matter how long and complicated the process becomes.
I am so happy I chose this company and it has made the snagging process a lot less stressful, then if I were to do it myself.

I was unsure whether it was worth paying for a new build snagging survey but as I wasn’t due to move into my new house properly until after I needed to have the first snagging meeting with the builder, it seemed a good investment and I’m so pleased I did.

From my first dealings with Lorraine in the office, I was struck by the efficiency and responsiveness of the company.

The surveyor, Andy, arrived on time and was very personable. He was highly professional at all times and clearly extremely experienced.

The report was with me by the end of the following day and was extremely detailed, running to over 30 pages, including clearly marked up photographs. Although none of the snags appear serious, there are a lot of them and his eyes were much keener than mine.

I do not plan to share some of the more minor cosmetic snags with the builder but Andy’s knowledge of minor NHBC and building regs contraventions is invaluable.

Andy was also extremely helpful in reassuring me that the office team would produce the survey report in whatever format I and the builder required. Lorraine subsequently demonstrated tremendous patience and perseverance in responding to my requests for changes to the report format.
