They have very reasonable charges and worthy the great report they make.

I changed the dates 3 times on short notice at no cost. The office staff were lovely and understood the situation with new builds that you may never know when exactly you will get your keys.

The snagger picked up a lot of issues which we had not observed ourselves. Only after reading the report, we realized that indeed the issues are there and it made us realise without any doubt that a professional snagger is worth every pound paid.

The snagger was very lovely, communicated on their way to the property and took their time to snag without any rush.

The snagging report was ready within 12 hours and the office helped forwarding a copy to our builders.

Really impressed with the level of service I got.
They worked around my schedule, which was great. Ryan attended my property early this week. He talked through the process, what to expect and what not. ryan was extremally knowledgeable about the building regs, NHBC and others. I didn't know what to expect, or what I could get fixed by the builder. It has totally opened my eyes. I would recommend anyone purchasing a new home to get New Build Inspections in to do your snag list. Bearing in mind I had reported a load when I moved in 8 months ago. My report showed an extra 125 points.
I will most certainly use Ryan again.

The communications in advance of the snagging visit were easy and clear and the company were very flexible when building delays required dates to be moved. Our inspector, Stuart, was extremely experienced and knowledgable. He identified many issues we would never have spotted. We were so pleased that we’d brought in his expertise. The report was produced on the same day and was comprehensive and clear. He is going to send it straight on to the builders.I would very highly recommend the company.

We reached out to NBI in November with an initial enquiry about an inspection post completion of the property and within our snagging period. We were pleased with the non pushy approach of the admin team of Karen and Lorraine.
We confirmed the inspection in January and even with a date change there was no problems with arrangements.
Craig attended our home and introduced himself. Having a wide background of experience showed as he was able to identify many snags, building regulation defects and quality control. He went about the inspection thoroughly and focused on the areas that really would/could cost us in the future. He summarised some key areas at the end and let us know when the report would be completed. The report was provided, with supporting photos and comments of each identified snag the very next day.
Cannot recommend these enough and for the cost paid the report and findings are worth every penny.

My experience of this company was superb; friendly and helpful at all times. They arranged an inspection at quite short notice (only delayed by Christmas and New year holidays) and this was carried out on schedule with an extensive and thorough report provided very quickly thereafter. The report was sent to the builder by the company and I can use it to track their response. Given the extent of the report and the items found by the company, I believe it was financially beneficial and not overly expensive. I would definitely use them again and am very happy to recommend them to others.

Very impressed with this company from the moment I picked up the phone. They were incredibly flexible while I was dealing with a difficult developer, and have given me invaluable advice to help rectify my problems.

We understand that there will always be the odd things missed, however, we had a lot of quite important unidentified snags which we later discovered ourselves! The most office being a hole in the roof. We also had a leak in our bathroom due to lack of mastic which wasn't identified. It turns out the ensuite was also missing this which too was not picked up.
For the money spent I would personally not recommend. We've since had neighbours who used other companies who were a lot more thorough.

My new home inspection was organised efficiently and a clear, comprehensive and professional report was issued immediately. The inspector, Graham, phoned me to discuss the report, which was very helpful. The report identified snags which I would not have spotted, and the builder responded positively to it.

What a great service. I would definitely recommend New Build Inspections Limited. Stuart Constable showed up early, even though he'd been stuck in a big traffic jam. He was very through and very knowledgeable, having been in the building industry for 30+ years. I had to attend a Zoom call during his inspection, so Stuart tiptoed around like a mouse. The report arrived at 09:20 the following morning.

Highly recommend this company and snugging inspection in general. It's a stressful time when buying a newbuild house and the snugging inspection helped to put our mind at ease. The report is very thorough and our site manager, after receiving it, agreed with all the comments. Everyone that I dealt with in New Build Inspections Limites was very professional and helpful.

We had a snagging report of our new build home completed. It may seem like a lot of money but it’s a small percentage of what you’re paying for a very important purchase!
We had to rearrange a few times due to delays in getting keys but the lady in the office was understanding.
Andy came promptly at the agreed time, he was friendly, professional and put up with my in-expert questions!

I couldn't move into my newly built home within 3 weeks so would miss the developer's courtesy check. Therefore I sent out a few queries for quotations then I chose New Build Inspections who gave the most reasonable price and could come on the day that suited me. Jason, my inspector, very nice btw, came on time and checked the house inside out (within the service range) for around 2 - 3 hours while explaining things clearly and patiently. Then, I received the over 30-page report the same day in the afternoon, which was very very helpful to me so that I could submit the report to my developer to fix the issues accordingly. I'm very happy about this service, thanks:)

Worth every penny for all of the snags they picked up on whilst I was busy sorting everything else for the move. Also picked up on snags like a dipped pipe in the loft, which I would never have spotted! Rob was also very professional and friendly.

Had a great and enlightening experience with New Build Inspections. Graham came to survey my property in Fareham and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. He was very friendly and I enjoyed our conversation throughout the review. All of my questions were answered in a detailed way, I learned a lot about new builds and what standards to expect from the property.

The visit was done efficiently and the report was with me the next day, the service may seem expensive, but is worth every penny. If you are getting a new build property please get a professional snagger, there are so many things you won't notice yourself! New Build Inspections are as good as they come I couldn't recommend them more.
