Absolutely great service umer on reception got my van straight into the work shop when my brakes were faulty Gary in the work shop did an amazing job less then an hour and back on the road great service

I had a long term hire which after 10 months developed a fault, Umer on the front desk could not have been more helpful, searching and acquiring a newer and more suitable van for me. Pete and Chris made the whole on/off hire process as smooth as possible. Thanks guys 5* service.

We’ve had nothing but exemplary service from Northgate Vehicle Hire. The team is always attentive to our needs, and whenever our van is in for service, we’re provided with a clean, reliable replacement without any hassle.
I’ve mostly dealt with Mo Umer, who has been fantastic – always polite, professional, and ready to answer any questions we might have. The Huddersfield branch, in particular, deserves recognition for their outstanding customer service. Every visit starts with a friendly smile, and we always feel listened to and well looked after.

This is the end of an era
This is the end of an era. After hiring vans from Northgate for over 6 years I am now retiring and as such have no need for a van. Over the years I have always found staff at the Huddersfield depot would go the extra mile, whether it was arranging servicing at times that were convenient to the needs of my business ,or arranging replacement vehicles at very short notice on the odd occasion a vehicle broke down. Today was no exception Chris and Umar dealt with the offhire process in a timely and professional manner. I have in the past, and will in the future have no hesitation in recommending the Huddersfield branch of Northgate to my business friends. Once again thanks for your help over the years I have really appreciated it.
