I’ve dealt with Umer on a few occasions now and he’s a legend! Honest and concise information is always provided and always a warm welcome!
A two day turnaround was better than I expected from the workshop so massively appreciated!
Thanks as well to Chris who even kept the Van indoors so to save me from having to defrost myself!
All in all, it’s a great experience at Northgate Huddersfield, I can’t imagine there are many branches across the UK that would be more friendly and efficient 👌

Great staff, had a friendly welcome and a nice chat with Ash.

Always had good experiences with Huddersfield branch. Took van for service this morning was supplied with hire van. My van was ready to pick up at 12.15 and they did extra jobs I ask for.

5* for Jack at Huddersfield
This review is for Jack imparticular at the Huddersfield branch who I've dealt with many times.He has helped me as much as possible when it came to finding vans and swapping vans etc.Some of the other staff have also been helpful but Jack stood out the most in terms of professionalism and his calming nature towards customers because this can be an environment where us customers are sometimes stressed due to the nature of a straight swap over etc.Unfortunately Northgate as a whole isn't great due to the lack of communication from people there and the Mish mash way each area is run.I wouldn't have given this review as a company 5* but I gave it 5 because it's jack that deserves the recognition.
Fortunately I won't need to use Northgate again but please make sure the good staff are recognised for their efforts in this stressful environment.

Jack at Huddersfield, made replacing our work van quick and easy. A real friendly, courteous and professional young individual who is an asset to Northgate Huddersfield! The initial phone call with Muhammad was well received. I would rather travel a little further out to Huddersfield then to go back to Leeds Northgate after previous experiences.
