it was so bad experience and the seller didn’t do what he promised .. he just wanted to sell me the scooter and he told me that he will install some parts in the bike like the bulg in to charge the battery and aswell the phone holder but he forgot to tell the mechanic team. but he really didn’t care .. it’s big different between bonda seller and my fantastic experience in bmw Motorrad hide park dealer

Thank you for leaving us this review and we are sorry that you have not received your refund. We have investigated your purchase with us and found that you cancelled the motorcycle after we had prepared everything for you with a date to collect of the 15th of February. We then discussed options with you on the 17th of February when you told us you wished to cancel. You then replied via email on the 17th February with ‘Keep the Money’. We do not wish to keep anyone’s money and we even offered to work with you to resolve this matter. There are significant costs involved with purchasing a motorcycle, we cannot incur these costs because of a change of decision after the day you confirmed you wished to collect. I recently purchased Honda PCX 125 from Honda Chiswick. It was an average experience overall and I would call it a transaction. Staff member did not have welcoming approach and, throughout the sale process, I had to ask questions about everything myself. At the time of handover of the vehicle on ground floor, I had to request for induction as staff member was just about to walk away without doing so. I hope Honda will take this feedback as an opportunity to improve their customer service experience in the future...

Misleading pricing and no communication
I phoned up after seeing an advert on autotrader for a brand new cbr650r - but was told it had recently sold which was fine. Was told they had another one in stock and that it was the same price as the previous one. I phoned back a few days later to discuss as I had sold my current bike but was told that the price of a new bike was over £700 more than what I had been quoted previously. I queried this and was told that I must be incorrect or perhaps the salesman had quoted a second hand price incorrectly. I advised that I had the advert screenshot from Autotrader and wanted to order based on this price. I was asked to send it over via email and he would check with his manager to see if they could honor the autotrader price. I havent had any update since then, despite chasing numerous times for an update. Looks like a shady underhand tactic to reel you in for a lower price to then try and add on another £700
UPDATE - dealer has responded to state price was updated but didnt respond to why I had no communication and was ignored on numerous occassions

Thank you for leaving this review. We advised on the initial phone call that the advert was wrong, and it was immediately changed on Autotrader to reflect it being priced as a 2024 model instead of a 2023. I can assure you we do not use any ‘Shady underhand tactic’s’ when selling our motorcycles and our main aim to is to always be transparent and clear since we are regulated by the FCA. However, mistakes do happen and once you brought it to our attention it was rectified straight away. My partner picked up his new car Thursday and khaliq was dealing with the transition.

Smooth transaction
Sold my 6-7 month old Ducati to Chad who contacted me through Facebook Marketplace. From a phone call on Friday, the bike was collected from Bristol the following Tuesday. The bike was looked over and then transferred to Norton Group bikes on DVLA website and funds were transferred and received within 30-45 minutes. The bike was then loaded up and taken away by Nick. Overall a pleasant and hassle free transaction.

Recently bought my Ninja 1000SX from chiswick honda all dealt with via email or phone calls due locations so I couldn't go in person. Everything went smoothly from Daniel sending a comprehensive video showcasing the bike, I felt the deal put together for my Versys going in against the bike was fair and 2 yr warranty for complete peace of mind. Delivery was prompt and efficient too. Just got to kick this flu and get out riding now.
