ONYX Cookware Avis 

I placed an order with ONYX Cookware and paid extra for home delivery. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing from the start.

After placing the order, I contacted customer service because I had made a mistake with one of the products I wanted to buy, but I never received a proper response. Later, the original order was never correctly received. ONYX then arranged for a replacement package to be sent.

However, the replacement order was not delivered to my home address, despite the fact that I had paid for home delivery. Instead, it was sent to a parcel shop. I went there myself to try to collect it, but I was told they had nothing under my name.

At this stage, after all the issues, I asked ONYX to cancel the order and refund me. Their response was that I should wait until the parcel is on its way back to them from the parcel shop before they can refund me.

I find this very frustrating. I paid for products and delivery, did not receive the order properly, had to go to a parcel shop even though I paid for home delivery, and now I am being asked to wait for a return process for a package I never collected.

Overall, this has been a very poor customer service experience, and I am very disappointed with how the situation has been handled.

The service is perfect. The product is not anymore the same as the ones we have got 2-3 years ago. That why -2 stars

I love Onyx pans! Durable, high quality. I have had a set of pans already for almost a year now, and I am sure it is gonna outlive me and my family😂 It is safe, it is easy to use, it’s durable.

I did a preorder and thought I would have to wait weeks for it. But arrived a few days later.

The new Zero series… I just say wow!!!
I tried many frying pans before, nonstick, hybrid skillets, etc..
Okay, still it’s brand new and can wear down quick.
But the experience so far is amazing.
Just like a nonstick but no surface coating to wear down or get destroyed be high heat.
No sticking of egg or seared meat.

All my old hybrids will be replaced with this one. I I hope they will start expanding this series, for everything like a plancha (rectangular frying pan, suitable for new cooking tips, to toast maker inlay, etc.
I love it and highly recommend it.
It replaces the Hybrid series in all the meaning.

Leider klebt alles was wir drin kochen an. Ob Spiegeleier, veggie Sachen oder teurer Rinderfilet. Wirklich alles. Haben uns zwei Pfannen mit Deckel gekauft, für diesen Preis dachten wir uns haben wir langlebige Pfannen aber leider nicht. Haben keine Lust mehr zu kochen. Kundenservice hat uns eine neue geschickt aber leider das gleiche da auch. Werde jetzt andere Pfannen kaufen müssen damit auch bei denn Kindern die sich Pfannkuchen gemacht haben der Spaß am Kochen wieder zurück kommt. Rate jedem denn kauf ab.

Habe die Uhr seit eineinhalb Monat bezahlt aber die Kam nie an. Nie wieder von dieser Firma kaufen alles betrüger.

Kann aus Österreich nicht bestellen, da Postleitzahl nicht anerkannt wird!

Had an issue with my first order that was promptly resolved by the great customer service.
The pan is great, non stick and much better than top tier Tefal premium pans.

Very high quality pans, better then top of the range Tefal's I had.
Easy to clean and excellent performance.
My first order had some issues due to the shipping company but customer service at ONYX is second to none and resolved everything in no time.
Needles to say that I returned for more and looking to complete my pan set in the future.

It's been 2 weeks already, really liked the pans.

Prestine quality material, robust construction, great searing, non-stick working well with right temperature. Beware of using high heat, you can burn your food. Takes little time to get used to it, I use 5/9 heat level on induction.

Order 484101179 was canceled because of "price error". LOL

Straciłem tylko weekend za zamrożenie gotówki. Podobno błąd przewalutowania z Euro na PL.

It is really sticky from the beginning of the use, i have used it about 3 weeks now. I did wash it the way it was said on the manual when i received it. I have used it the way it is adviced to use, lower heat than before (6 instead of 7) and also clean it after every use. Everything sticks to it, even if there is oil on it.

Du behøver næsten ikke noget fedtstof for det brænder ikke på.
News flash, det brænder på, som på en almindelig pande. Det der måske går panden lidt anderledes er, at du kan rengøre den let med en grøn skure svamp.
De sælger også vacum skåle. Hvis du vacum pakker en skål, og sætter den tilside, forbliver den vacum pakker. Sætter du den i køleskabet, er der ikke vacum 1 time efter. Membranen kan ikke tåle kulde.

Not really premium cookware. The price is adequate.
