Great quality
Excellent pans and customer service. The delivery company initially misplaced the package but the Onyx representative was very quick to help and ensure the package got to me, they were very friendly too. I've been using the pans for a while and they work very well and look great, top marks!

Oil spray bottle do not work
The Wok pan is ok, but the oil spray bottle cannot be closed, because the thread in the steel cap arrived damaged. So now the bottle cannot be pressurized.

I bought a pan a week ago and sent it to a GLS pick point. The order arrived last Friday and on the same day I went to the store, which was closed. I went to the store next door and they told me that the store has been closed for several days because the owner is in the hospital and doesn't know when he will return. I sent a message to ONYX support asking about the whereabouts of the pan and how to resolve the problem. They just told me that I have to wait until the store opens, which can be days or weeks, lol!
It's incredible how I can buy a pan for almost €100 and have this customer support! I just hope they find out where the pan is or send another one with urgent delivery! Otherwise, you can keep it and refund my money!

Eine Pfanne, die man empfehlen kann!
Ich habe mit der kleinsten Bratpfanne zum testen angefangen und bin von Anfang an begeistert. Endlich eine Pfanne, die man "normal" nutzen kann, ohne dass die Beschichtung Blasen wirft oder man sie schon mit einem Kunststoffwender zerkratzt.
Sie ist spülmaschinenfest, nicht nur "geeignet" und man kann wirklich ohne Fett braten (möchte man ja gar nicht immer, aber man kann, wenn man will!). Ich habe einen Induktionsherd und bisher eher mäßige Erfahrungen mit Pfannen gehabt. Die Onyx ist super: gleichmäßige Wärmeverteilung, guter Kontakt, keine Verformung.
Der gesundheitliche Aspekt ist mir auch sehr wichtig (ungiftige Beschichtung), ein entscheidendes Kaufargument. Die Langlebigkeit konnte ich noch nicht testen, aber ich denke, dass die Aussagen der Firma hier ebenso zutreffen wie alles andere - ansonsten ist die Garantieregelung sehr großzügig, falls wirklich etwas zu bemängeln sein sollte.
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist für mich auch völlig ok, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Haltbarkeit. Ich werde Kundin bleiben!

VERGOGNATEVI
Una padella totalmente inutile , per niente anti aderente , una presa per in giro , colossale ! E quando ho scritto all'azienda, mi arriva una risposta , che non è menzionata in nessun video di presentazione, cioè passare dell'olio sulla padella , farlo riscaldare e poi farlo raffreddare! Incredibile 80.00 euro bruciati . VERGOGNOSO

Pesima calidad, se pega todo
Compramos un juego de 5 sartenes y es la peor compra que hemos hecho en cosas de la casa, estamos muy decepcionados. Se pega la tortilla de patata, el pescado, las gulas…la base
de las sartenes se pone feo en nada y no se quita ni con nanas. No recomiendo nada este producto y el servicio post-venta pesimo.

Excelent product, fast shipping
Very fast shipping. Excellent frying pans. Not as non-stick as some others, but extremely durable and easy to use and clean. I have three pans for myself and i have bought one for my mum.

I love those pots and pans
I love those pots and pans. Heating nicely quick and the little valve in the lids prevent spillage. Easy cleaning, even after a hard fry as one can use steel wool. They’re such a success that the family will get some fir Christmas too.
After ordering the info about shipping is excellent and the articles arrived quickly.
