High quality products, excellent service

Recently bought a 30cm WOK , 30cm pan and smaller pan . Products look great but as soon as I used them everything sticks . I can't believe for Products of this price that this would happen after the very 1st time of use

Fast delivery to Slovakia. The purchased frying pan is very good. One small problem for me, the pan does not sit perfectly on the hob. But it works fine.

Vor 2 Wochen Ware gekauft, Zahlungseingang vor 14 Tagen bestätigt. Dann passiert nichts mehr. Nach 4 Tagen die Nachricht, "die Ware wurde verpackt und ist zum Versenden bereit". Dann passiert wieder nichts mehr.
Ich fände das nicht so schlimm, wenn nicht in der Mail mit der Bestellbestätigung der Versand mit 4-5 Tagen angegeben wird. Auf der Webseite wird die ganze Zeit weiterhin für die von mir gekauften Artikel angegeben: "Auf Lager und versandbereit".
Nun ist die Versandzeit um das doppelte überschritten. Das finde ich nicht seriös, es sollte ehrliche Informationen angegeben werden, sonst ist das Vertrauen beim Internetkauf dahin. Es gibt leider zu viele Händler die Bezahlung entgegen nehmen, dann vertrösten und plötzlich insolvent sind. Habe ich leider schon erlebt.

Ho ordinato una batteria completa di pentole e le trovo fantastiche, rispettano a pieno le promesse fatte dalla casa, dopo un anno usate tantissimo e rimaste come nuove.
Ho apprezzato la cura con la quale sono arrivate confezionate ogni pentola o padella inserita in buste di stoffa in più mandano pagliette i metallo per la pulizia.
Puntuali e precisi.
Di recente ho acquistato anche la friggitrice ad aria da 8 litri, è andato tutto bene, solo ultimamente alterna periodo di mal funzionamento e non scalda più, ho scritto per sapere se c'era un punto di assistenza e loro dichiarando un difetto di fabbrica mi hanno mandato subito un'altra friggitrice in sostituzione. Devo dire di essere soddisfatta al 100% e non capisco chi da recensioni negative, forse non ha seguito I tutorial sull' utilizzo ottimale, consigli semplici ma efficaci..
Consiglio vivamente.

Cons:
- the pan is much much stickier than their commercials were stating.
- a large scratch appeared on external surface on 2nd-3rd day of use. Not sure what is a cause of the scratch, but I haven't done any damage on purpose. Just washed in a dishwashing machine.

Pros:
- to have the detachable handle is a nice and useful feature.
- the inner surface looks robust. As promised. But I haven't tried to scratch it by any metal appliances on purpose.

I ordered 2 pans and unfortunately the non stick surface is not as non stick, as I expected:(

Great pans, good weight, couldn't be more satisfied! Would recommend to anyone.

Nádobí je super, zakoupila jsem si ho na doporučení jednoho kuchaře. Nejdříve jsem se sním musela naučit, ale je úplně super.

Im happy with the pan after two weeks of testing. It is easy to cook with and clean after. Very nice design and utility.

It fulfilled my expectations. Excellent ceramic coating, which really does not burn, easy cleaning, healthier cooking when using less fats and oils, I highly recommend this product.

Wir hatten Probleme mit einer Pfanne der 1. Generation. Obwohl die schon einige Zeit im Gebrauch war, hat uns ein supernetter Kundenservice eine neue Pfanne der 2.Generation sehr schnell zugesendet. .
Wir sind mega zufrieden und sehr happy mit der neuen Pfanne!

I bought onyxware frying pan believing the advert and reviews. It sticks food so badly that I was shocked. 100eur pan and all the food is stuck to the bottom. I have preheated it, added oil etc nothing works. Waiting to return this overpriced, overtmarketed pan working worser than cheap 20 eur pan and this pan is absolutely not possible to fry the egg. If you add temperature, it simply burns, and if lower temperature, you have to wait ages. I could not figure out why so expensive pan requires so many maneuvres and still does not do what cheap pan does. Tried to cook eggs in different styles, fish, prawns, meat - everything get stuck so badly that you just have to throw the food away. Do not do such mistake as I. Avoid it.
