After researching for cafe flags came across Ozanda seen exactly what i was searching for called them a several times no phone line always busy no email response
So i decided to the warehouse to purchase the products ,upon arrival found a deserted warehouse extremely disappointed and waste of time ,lucky did not order and pay on-line..

If I could give zero I would
If I could give zero I would. It is almost two months since I spent over $200 for a car boot storage box. No answer to phone calls. No answer to emails. And no product. Searching their address on Google maps shows a deserted warehouse.
This company has received good reviews from others so I took a chance, but it's just a total scam. I feel so helpless as there is no chance I'll see the product or my money again.
DO NOT buy online from them.

Feels like a scam must be a scam.
Like most people, i ordered from the website. After 2 weeks i tried contacting them with no response both by email and by phone.
I then tried a week after the first attempt i finally had someone answer the phone.
After raising my concerns as i got no response from emails or phone calls over the weeks.
I began to ask if this was a scam and then it started calling me a bad customer and refusing to send the item.
I was lucky in the end to get my money back as I went through PayPal.
Be warned and do not buy off this company.

*ORDERED ITEM 1 DECEMBER, DIDNT ARRIVE BY CHRISTMAS AS HOPED
* EMAILED OZANDA 5 JAN TO ENQUIRE.
*RECEIVED RESPONSE 5 DAYS LATER SAYING WE SELECTED WRONG STATE IN ADDRESS FIELD YET THEY DIDNT BOTHER TO CONTACT US. ALL OTHER DETAILS WERE CORRECT SO THEY COULFD HAVE FIGURED OUT CORRECT STATE WITHOUT MUCH TROUBLE.
*WE SENT CORRECT STATE ON DECEMBER 1 - NOW DECEMBER 10 AND DESPITE 3 EMAILS AND NUMEROUS UNANSWERED PHONE CALLS WE ARE NO CLOSER TO FINDING OUT WHEN AND IF WE WILL SEE THE ITEM WE PAID FOR
