Patches is excellent. The doctor rang me today and with all information I put on Patches and knew what to diagnose straight away. It meant I didn’t have to go in like the old days and discuss. That means they can see people that need help in person. Just a word about Dr Jessica Timmis she was knowledgeable about what my condition was and very courteous

Regarding the practice I have always found the service helpful and accessible. Very easy to follow and clesr responses

Brilliant as someone also used the expensive, long waiting times just to see a GP in Ireland, the NHS for routine things is amazing as is the online platform and patches which makes comms so easy.

Patches is an excellent app that makes it easy to contact your GP.

I have been with this practice since 1999 and have always had excellent service from the friendly helpful reception/admin team throught to the GP's who have always been helpful, kind, empathetic and understanding.

Always had good responses when using the app and gives appropriate feedback back as soon as possible, simple to use, asks all the relevant questions and directs to alternative treatment that may be necessary, whether an emergency, an appointment is made for you or directs to to websites that give good NHS information

I think the patches app most definitely has its place. It allows a patient to contact the Dr with a problem without taking up anyone’s time face to face and then if a face to face appointment is necessary then that is then arranged. It’s convenient for me as a childminder because if I have a face to face appointment then I have to take all my childminding children with me so if I can avoid a face to face appointment then that’s amazing. I can still work and be given the medical help I need.

I've had consistently excellent care from everyone at Waksman's Hill Surgery. The doctors and all the staff are outstanding; they take the time to listen carefully, show genuine empathy, and always make me feel heard and supported. They never make me feel rushed and are always willing to help with any concerns.

The Patches system is also excellent. It's very easy to use, and responses are always prompt, making it quick and convenient to access the care and advice I need.

I find it easier to Write down my current health concerns and using patches really helps, also don’t have to wait in a queue for a while can do straight away.

Staff are always friendly when they ring i really like my GP practice.
