Excellent service from start to finish. Really happy with my herringbone vinyl. I got it in my hall and livingroom. It’s very classy. Fitters were friendly ang did an excellent job. Highly recommend this company. I will be using again in the future when needed.

Chris the fitter has done an amazing job to quality standard that is rare to find these days.Polite,clean,freindly and focused on perfection.II am a customer with very high standards and with chris I found it. Not Forgetting Sam either from the office,who co ordinated this job,she listened to my requirements and ensured everything met my expectations . Thankyou both for a quality job,you are both great assets to smart carpets.

Great range to pick from had my stairs and hallway done excellent quality and getting to pay for it weekly is a massive help.

They were really nice and showed me all different carpets he took time to make sure it's what I wanted i would definitely recommend them

These people honestly helped me out so much I booked an appointment to get my carpets and linoleum measured and they came out on time when they said they would, I chose a carpet and linoleum then picked my fitting date which suited me and they came out on that date and got fitted fast and perfect will definitely use again in future

We called to make enquiries to replace our laminate flooring and got a visit from steve who walked us through the process and did the measuring... we chose our flooring and just paid as we went along until we were ready for fitting... it took a long time for us to be ready because of the room being huge for pricing but family emergencies put us back almost 3 months from our revamp of the room prior to it... when we were ready we called pay smart and they booked us in at our convenience....Got a call before fitters arrived, they set to work and absolutely transformed my room, they were polite friendly and tidy, I have floors that are uneven and the doorways are a challenge to make compatible but the guys knew what to do and did it without even needing to ask... they trimmed each edge of the room and made a simple flooring job for a fitter an absolutely stunning difference to the room. I am extatic with how much calmer cleaner and even warmer the room is.... thanks guys.... Will be back for the bedrooms when we're ready for them too 😆

From start to finish the service has been smooth sailing - the chap that came to see us initially guided us to best flooring for us and went through all the payment options so clearly. Then Chris who came on the day to fit the floor was excellent & respectful. It was a quick service with great attention to detail. We are thoroughly delighted with the way our floor looks - we had through lounge/ kitchen and hall. It’s fitted so well and looks so modern - great job Paysmart
