We called to make enquiries to replace…
We called to make enquiries to replace our laminate flooring and got a visit from steve who walked us through the process and did the measuring... we chose our flooring and just paid as we went along until we were ready for fitting... it took a long time for us to be ready because of the room being huge for pricing but family emergencies put us back almost 3 months from our revamp of the room prior to it... when we were ready we called pay smart and they booked us in at our convenience....Got a call before fitters arrived, they set to work and absolutely transformed my room, they were polite friendly and tidy, I have floors that are uneven and the doorways are a challenge to make compatible but the guys knew what to do and did it without even needing to ask... they trimmed each edge of the room and made a simple flooring job for a fitter an absolutely stunning difference to the room. I am extatic with how much calmer cleaner and even warmer the room is.... thanks guys.... Will be back for the bedrooms when we're ready for them too 😆

From start to finish the service has been smooth sailing - the chap that came to see us initially guided us to best flooring for us and went through all the payment options so clearly. Then Chris who came on the day to fit the floor was excellent & respectful. It was a quick service with great attention to detail. We are thoroughly delighted with the way our floor looks - we had through lounge/ kitchen and hall. It’s fitted so well and looks so modern - great job Paysmart

Charlotte was so personable, knowledgeable and professional.
She explained the whole process so precisely and everything worked like a dream. Excellent service.
I was really happy with the price and the 11 months interest free credit.
I got to choose the delivery date to suit my schedule.
When delivery day arrived Tom and Mark were so courteous, nothing was a problem, worked really quickly and orderly. They even tidied up!
The whole process was brilliant!
My carpet is beautiful, it’s like walking on a cloud!
Not often you get uninterrupted wonderful service in today’s world!
No hesitation in recommending.

We had our 2nd room completed yesterday.
So impressed with this company.
The flooring is gorgeous, such good quality, it’s a quick and easy process and all the staff from the sales team, office team and fitters are all very friendly and helpful.
