The order arrived promptly and very well packaged. Having said that one of the candles was smashed to little pieces so may have happened during the packaging process.

I still haven't received my order
I still haven't received my order. Now Fedex has asked for a translation of the invoice. Previously, they asked for a description of each item on the invoice, then they asked for the alcohol content percentage. This isn't even funny anymore. I really like your products, but I will never buy anything from your website again.

Absolutely love these products and have recently bought a wide range of bath foams, handwashes and candles for myself and as presents. Beautifully presented and well wrapped. Although I didn't have the greatest experience with the delivery company, I was at least able to get through and speak with someone and they were helpful when I did ring to complain, that aside the products are lovely.

I love this company
I love this company ! it makes a refreshing change to have good customer service. I received a gift of bath soak for my birthday and loved it so i decided. to order more . the parcel arrived the next day well packed and good courier service. unfortunately one of the bottles got damaged in transit. I contacted customer service and they promptly sent me a replacement. it arrived the next day. so i would not hesitate to recommend Peck Sniffs to anyone who wants good value, good quality products and the most excellent customer service.

Beautiful candles
Beautiful candles, lovely scents and best of all they burn evenly!! I purchased Pecksniffs and Olivia Blake in many different fragrances all are gorgeous. My favourite however, is ginger flower and patchouli.
I won’t buy candles from anywhere else. I bought one for my sister at Christmas and she has already been online and treated herself to more.
They are the best by far.

Reported a faulty candle by email and customer service acknowledged immediately and sent a replacement candle in the post, received the next day! Candles are excellent quality, perfect balance of aromas and fits beautifully in any room. The Grapefruit and Vetiver in black glass is classy and sophisticated! Great value for money too! Have now ordered several items; candles, diffusers and soap/lotion duos for myself, friends and family - future gifts!

After some confusion over my order, Pecksniffs were quickly on to the problem and resolved it promptly to my satisfaction.

Took 2 weeks to arrive with no updates…
Took 2 weeks to arrive with no updates and when it did arrive, was smashed. Had to be so careful even opening as all the bottles were glass and in bits..

We were saddened to read this review, particularly as we were not given the opportunity to resolve the issue before it was posted. The matter was first brought to our attention by email approximately two hours prior to this review being submitted.
We are very sorry that your order arrived damaged, this is certainly not the standard we aim to provide.
Your order was placed on 29th December during our festive closure, which was clearly communicated on our website at the time of purchase, with dispatch resuming after 5th January. We do, however, fully understand how disappointing it is to receive a damaged parcel after the wait.
We have contacted you privately to offer either a refund or a replacement and are raising this issue with our courier to help prevent this from happening again.
