The order arrived promptly and very well packaged. Having said that one of the candles was smashed to little pieces so may have happened during the packaging process.

Lovely items
I recently placed a relatively large order from Pecksniff's. Unfortunately, on arrival, one item was damaged and two were missing. Excellent Customer Service sorted out a replacement and refund very promptly. I love all the products especially the Re-Covery room spray. I will be ordering again in the future

Refreshing room spray scents - amazing value!
I had an issue with one of the items - this was sorted immediately and to my complete satisfaction.
I love these room sprays - the scent is really refreshing and never overpowering. They seem to last a long time too which is a bonus.

this is my favorite perfume
well, this being my favorite perfume I’ve ever had they don’t sell it in the US so ordering straight from their site is so easy and it’s not as expensive as I thought. They’re very fast and easy to order. I love.
