Please know that we are actively looking into more efficient ways to ship glass products overseas, as unfortunately couriers can sometimes mishandle items despite our careful packaging.

My purchase order on 06/14/2025 was directed to the wrong address in another city I paid the full amount plus an expedited delivery! Contacted FedEx they replied that the delivery address was a mistake made by Pecksniff. Still waiting for this purchase to be resolved.

Disgusted with pecksniffs for a number of reasons!
Firstly, my order had turned up damaged and the contents had all leaked in the box. I received bottles half full.
Secondly, I queried the advertised discount that wasn't included in my order.
Thirdly, I got in touch with customer service but got zero response.
