I rang 2 days ago to say I hadn't received batteries & should I contact An post. Lady was very kind & checked they were sent & reassured me she would resend. Great customer service. Also I like the text messages informing me they sent out batteries & followed up when I didn't change them

Phonewatch no longer call to the house…
Phonewatch no longer call to the house to replace batteries or service the system . I don’t know when this came into practice. They keep sending message to change the batteries.

We do send out batteries for customers to change themselves if they would like, or else we arrange for a security advisor to call out and change them. I cannot say enough about PhoneWatch . Service is excellent . Nothing is a problem . The security engineer is a gentleman, I’m not sure of his name but he goes by Christmas . I would recommend PhoneWatch , great company .

Following phone calls over 3 days a service visit was scheduled. The man who came was brilliant from start to finish. He gave me an hours notice and when he was delayed he notified me again and was on time.
