The tech that came was informative and very professional in his work.

I got a "battery low" SMS. In trying to find out which sensor was involved, the Phonewatch chatbot told me (twice) that there was no low battery. After waiting interminably for a live agent and inputting all my info again, the live agent agreed there was a low battery and helpfully directed me to the wrong sensor. I then find that the battery-changing videos on the website don't include my type of sensor. Reeeally irritating.

An error was made by trying to turn the key the wrong way to lock the front door and it was inadvertently opened ever so slightly after the time that the alarm allowed for the alarm to activate. When you rang me, I panicked and pressed the wrong button on my mobile and cut off your call. Then you rang Joseph Corbett, and he rang me. I immediately rang 0818753753, and let you know that there was no need to proceed and the “report was aborted” if I’m using the correct terminology. Your receptionist was cool and calm and very helpful. Thank you!

My fire alarm battery went Phone watch took 8 days to contact me to tell me it was a phone watch fire alarm and they needed to replace it phone watch were already out last year to replace all the batteries in the sensors I was never I formed that the fire alarms was associated with you I spent 100euro trying to replace the fire alarm unit only to be informed 8days later by your company that you needed to call out and replace The fee would be 50 euro which now turns out I will have spent 150euro because the otherc2 alarms are now useless I should have been informed straight away by your company when the batteries in the farm alarm failed

I recently spoke with a technician to help replace batteries and fix a faulty sensor. He was very helpful and provided good advice. I’m wondering if my sensors and keypad need updating as I’m sure they’ve been installed almost 10 years. I’m also thinking of what other security measures I could make?
