Left me broke
Just don't sign the contract i was an hour late making a deadline payment after work (I explained I'm phonless atm and emailing them before the deadline) and wouldn't reinstate my policy so cost me again to make a new 1! Took 50 quid off a £141 cancellation fee for reinstating a new policy with them!! Left me physically upset

Good Afternoon, I am so sorry to hear this has happned and im more than happy to look into this for you but for any missed payments we do give all customer 14 days to make it. We even have a second attempt via direct debit after about 10 days to try and help customers. We do make them all aware of the deadline they have and will help wherever we can. Can you please email or if your able to call from another phone and we can look into this for you.

Marshal helped me through out the process
Marshal helped me through out the call and found best insurance deal. I were so stressed but he took his time and resolve all my issue and I am 100 percent setisfied with his service and will recommend to my friends and family too. Not many companies left now a days who even bother to listen to customers over the phone but Marshal listen to all my issues in detail and came up with best solution for me which is really satisfying for me. Thanks again Marshal for your help and support and keep good service up👍
