Walked into store was a bit agitated that a sales person just started to follow us around but he did make it very easy and seemed knowledgeable about stock and prices of what we were looking for ,easiest purchase we’ve made to date and we were literally in and out of store in a hours time

The sales person Mohammed at the Kinnelon, NJ location was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He thought of constructive ways in which the beautiful Gabrielle dining room set I purchased could fit in my space. I am always very pleased with Raymour and Flanigan’s, quality products, value, and wonderful customer service. I also purchased two great couches from them a year and a half ago, and they are holding up wonderfully also.

Excellent salesman Kal was at the door…
Excellent salesman Kal was at the door when I came in and asked me if I needed help. I told him I wanted to just look around. He was so kind. Yes, please do. I'm here if you need my help or have any questions.
As I decided what I wanted, I looked for him and was right there (perfect). He so kindly answered every question I had again. I explained to him I needed to measure my living room, and I left. I went back the next day, and I definitely wanted Kal, the salesman I spoke with the day before. Yes, he was there again. He answered all my questions and was so helpful. I purchased a beautiful living room from him. I'm going back for another living room furniture and will look for Kal.

Ann Marie was phenomenal
Ann Marie was phenomenal. I needed a mattress quickly for my mom who was moving into a memory care facility, and Ann Marie was compassionate and truly helpfully. She had helped me several years ago furnish my son’s apartment and I never forgot how wonderful she had been. I plan on buying more furniture at Raymour and Flanagan in the future and I will always deal with her. She’s terrific!

I have an adjustable bed frame that is…
I have an adjustable bed frame that is stuck in an upright position. They said they would try to get my service quickly and by quickly it will take a month and over 120 dollars. They make you feel bad for calling and will not accommodate you. Be forewarned! You are only a dollar to them.

My sofa came from the warehouse with…
My sofa came from the warehouse with the cushions not completely filled. The bottom cushions are like a rock and material is wavy. I had a tech come out to see the sofa and days later I had to contact Customer Service. Spoke with the Customer Service Manager and she said she will look into the issue and I'm still waiting to there from her. I've been to the Showroom 3 weekends in a row with not resolution as of today.
I will never buy at Raymour & Flanigan again or give them a good recommendation. 100% DISATISFIED!
