Our Experience Buying A Mattress
Our salesman, Kal, at the Kinnelon, NJ Raymond and Flanagan was very helpful in guiding us to a new queen mattress. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with us as we tried different mattresses and finally made our decision. This is the second mattress we have bought from this store and we highly recommend shopping here.

Kinnelon NJ store. Nice sofas for the price. Service and delivery exceeded expectations. Delivery time was spot on, and customer service was very helpful in problem solving! Would buy from again!

Made our lives so much easier
We received help as soon as we walked in, saw many options, took time to explain each item. It was so much easier to go in person than try and figure it out ourselves online. Very helpful, easy, and convenient

Terrific Experience!
Jim was terrific. Knowledgeable, courteous, extremely helpful, yet not a typical "pushy" salesperson. He gave us the room to consider the items we were looking at, but was attentive and ready and able to answer our questions.

Both saleswomen, AJ and Karla at Kinnelon and Fairfield stores were helpful and professional. They were attentive without being overbearing and letting me roam but available when I had questions. Sussgestions were on point.

We were cordially greeted instead of pounced upon when entering. Asked what we were looking for and shown where the merchandise was. Then AJ our sales person told us if we had any questions she told us where she would be located to answer any questions.

Great experience at the Kinnelon store
My experience was excellent. I have to thank Rae for her expert help in guiding me through the many recliner options that I had. I need this recliner for an upcoming rotator cuff surgery and was looking for something at the right price point and in the right color.
Rae was extremely helpful and knowledgeable!
