5 months to get a chair is a bit…
5 months to get a chair is a bit ridiculous.
While I understand the pandemic restrictions, 22 weeks to get a chair delivered is ludicrous.

We didn't have a great delivery…
We didn't have a great delivery experience. Sales rep was really nice but messed up my order which resulted in delivering wrong item.Had to wait another 4 days till the correct item was redelivered.

It was ok
It was ok. Salesman was nice, but they should be. I was disappointed that there were discrepancies between price in the store and online, and if I hadn’t noticed, I would have been charged more.
