Was not pressured by sales person very pleasant experience!

I was welcomed as a gust at the front door by Anne Marie. Very professional. She heard what I said I was looking for, and provided answers to questions. Attentive. A pleasure to work with.

The sales associate incorrectly quoted the price, offered a promotion that was not available and told us only as we were about to order, promised we could pick up the mattress in person (we could not and then had to take a day off from work), promised they would take two mattresses when they delivered (they refused), and then when I called to discuss it with a manager, they promised to call back the next day and they never called back. The product (a mattress) is great but I won't go back there because they will say anything to get a sale and then not follow-up.

AJ was my sales representative and she was great, provided professional service , listened to my request and help me pick out within the budget I was working with . Great customer service would definitely go back and have her help me again with any furniture needs for my family.

The store was very neat and clean. Our sales rep, Jim Webb, was extremely nice and professional.

The staff was professional, helpful and courteous. The facility was very neat and clean. The delivery folks were prompt and set up mattress quickly and skillfully . If I have one complaint, it would be the terrible return policy. (Mattress was way too soft, I was back within 24 hrs, to no avail). You have wonderful employees staffing the Riverdale location. Tee and Ann Marie are terrific. I would go back to purchase furniture from either of these fine sales people. Thanks again.

Our electric recliner padding and seat was defective and I made an appt to replace it. It was so hard to find another electric recliner with all the rules, you can’t get a floor model or a clearance model or a new manufacturer of the same exact chair. I chose a chair that we were willing to pay extra for and then they added tax and we had to pay for pickup the old one and delivery of the new chair . Not really a good insurance plan which wasn’t our fault. When we purchased the plan our questions were answered... if it rips they fix it. If it’s broken they’ll just replace it . That’s not true at all.

This was a very disappointing day.

The saleswomen that waited on me was a delight. She was knowledgeable and made me feel that she was there to help and please me. Every sales person she be like her.

Mauricio De Sa Vaconcelos was the individual that I interacted with for the purchase. He was very helpful in showing different items for my place until on found the pieces that were best suited for my apartment. He answer all my questions concerning delivery and financing. He was very attentive to me and my sister during this shopping experience.
