The two gentlemen, Martin and Louny who delivered and installed my new bed today were absolutely brilliant. They were very polite, courteous and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They explained everything thoroughly and even sold us a mattress protector which they said would be beneficial for us. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are an asset to your company.

I had a lovely man called Neil,meant to be at my home at 10.00 am, came early, which pleased me as I had another appointment in the afternoon. What a lovely man, explained everything about the chair, no rushing. I can honestly say this company cares about the consumer.i know they are quite expensive, but well worth the money. Gary gave a great chair demonstration but follow up is poor
Gary gave a great chair demonstration. Explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend.
However I gave the review above when the chair was demonstrated and ordered, but on delivery on May 11 it was found to be faulty and now I'm having to wait for a loan chair when they take it back for rectification.
Why would they deliver it faulty surely any competent firm would test first.
As a result I'd only warrant it a 2*.

From demonstration to delivery yesterday, everything was straightforward, on time and stress free.

Throughout the whole process of buying my bespoke riser/recliner chair all the Company's Staff were helpful, efficient and friendly. fantastic company and engineers are amazing.
my chair was 5 years old and i paid for engineers to attend my property. the engineers Chris and Stuart were fantastic. they put myself and wife at ease and fixed my chair which is essential for my health problems
