Fun forge and cider mill experience!
We started the day at Oldfield's forge with a great experience of making a bottle opener. Our teacher, Feb, was brilliant! We were shown different techniques to achieve different results as we shaped our creation! There's a really good café at the forge too.
We moved on to the Weston Cider mill tour and tasting experience. There is a drive of about 25 minutes between the forge and cider mill. Great experience again, very interesting to be shown around the facility. The tasting session was enjoyed before going into the shop to purchase a favourite or two. Well worth booking this experience.

Poor experience!
The first time we tried to spend our voucher the partner had changed the venue we wanted to book at so had to request a partial refund for the extra we had paid. Then the booking page would not work for the next experience we tried to book. These vouchers are a nice idea but it is not set up properly and just makes for a poor experience trying to book things that are impossible to book!

Great location and facilities.the masons arms well worth a visit food excellent.the Thursday fish and chips van that turns up in the village a must.all in all a excellent week highly recommended

So far it has been very frustrating due to the website and booking process. Despite shortlisting a range of hotels we should have been able to choose from for our gift, none of the links worked when I tried to click through and read the details. I sent a message via the Insta account two days ago but I don't think they've read it yet. I tried via the help chat bot yesterday. Took quite awhile, however, someone did try to help me to book a specific venue on our shortlist via an email link but it still didn't work. They also didn't seem able to address the main point that I wasn't able to see the hotel venues to make an informed choice. I've now tried 3 web browsers and two devices, and come back to the same problem. Meanwhile I’m concerned the dates I want will get booked up. It's taken the pleasure out of what should have been a nice gift.

Terrible!The fact that red letter it's a sub agency makes the booking system, possible amendments, and enquiries extremely difficult. Also the base prices most likely hide Extra charges to be paid later. Absolutely not transparent with the experiences t&c..
Advice: Go to the experience sellers direct, for the sake of a cheaper booking that eventually you'll enjoy!
