I would never use this company
I would never use this company. I booked a hotel through them to go away for a weekend with my wife for her birthday. Luckily I checked with the hotel and there was no such booking even though I had conformation from Red letter days. Thank god I did check before driving 2 hours before finding out there was no booking. There is also no way of calling Red letter days to sort these things out and so far they have ignored my emails.

Misleading experience
The info provided for booking the experience was misleading. This meant I did my research, checked available dates with the company, and then bought the voucher. However I had a lot of trouble booking as the links and calendar weren't working from Red Letter Days. I couldn't do it through the website, so ended up having to phone. Apparently you do have to book this voucher via phone, due to very limited availability, so why do you not make that clear on your website? Why say to book via link? The date I had checked wasnt available using the voucher. They only have very limited places for voucher use, meaning I now have to wait until next year, when I bought it as a birthday present for this year. Not impressed with Red Letter Days. Feel a bit conned.

The veiws were lovely
The veiws were lovely, service was great, only downside was limted menu. For a grill restaurant the only steak we could have was flat iron unless you paid another £75 on top of the voucher valve.

A flight worth taking
I was gifted a flight for 2 in an R66 helicopter over London 50 mins of flight through London down the Thames at a hight that you could see everywhere and low enough to see everything you flew over including the people the pilot was great and gave a running commentary a most memorable experience

Purchased a hotel voucher for son for Xmas but the site was so difficult to navigate. It then stated his £100 voucher was worth £70 etc. Way too unnecessarily stressful. Same happened with the afternoon tea I purchased my husband. Too long winded. Would've been easier to give them cash or a different voucher!

Lost Voucher
Had lost the original voucher but the online chat service was super helpful and the experience far less painful than I expected. It only took a few minutes to get everything resolved and extend my voucher through to June next. Very impressed.

Very misleading information to benefit themselves
Very disappointed with Red Letter Days, I booked a Segway experience that was advertised in 3 locations. After booking what I believed to be the Bristol location after receiving an email I proceeded to drive there on the day only to be told that they only offer this experience in Devon.
When I phoned the Segway company they explained this keeps happening and they have been asking Red letter days to remove the other locations off the website but haven’t bothered.
I have contacted Red letter days explaining the situation, asking for answers why they are deliberately misleading people & I’m still waiting for a reply.
I would advise anybody considering using this company to avoid them at all costs. They are crooks
