The website was easy to use; I ordered multiple different things for the whole job, and they arrived on time and in good condition; a very good company.

Box arrived totally shagged. Not great customer service online chats were ended with no reason and returning an item is practically impossible.

As every time I have used the Roofing Superstore good quality products, processed and delivered super efficiently and delivered in good condition.
Couldn't ask for more.

I order 500 slate hooks and was estimated 1 to 2 day delivery. Delivery was expensive at almost £11.
About an hour after placing the order they emailed saying Delivery would be delayed due to lack of stock.
I phoned to find out when and was given no Delivery date. The lady said they carry no stock but just order from a supplier.
So I cancelled order. When I received no confirmation of cancel I emailed. Still no response.
I shall not be using again.

I am so please I used paypal and Trustpilot. I have received a refund but no Explanation

I’ve used roofing superstore a few time now and everything arrived in time and well packaged

Fast and efficient, they managed to get the delivery to me in time and I have an address that is notoriously tricky to find!
Cant comment about the product yet as I am still waiting to agree a date with the client to lay it.

We needed to replace three very broken roofing vent caps for years. I have had roofers who said they could not get these types so we kept trying to 'repair' the broken ones. The last builder that came did a quick search on Roofing Superstore's site and found what he believed would work for us. I placed the order on a Thursday, they arrived the NEXT DAY, they were super easy to fit and now our newly repaired roof looks a lot better! Reasonably priced as well, super experience all-round.

Before I ordered call them for some info. Extremely helpful and informative. Suggested what I would need. Followed up with an order. Kept me updated about delivery. The items came extremely well packaged, no damage at all. The delivery driver, unfortunately can’t remember his name, was very polite and extremely helpful. Put the items where I needy them. I need to buy more materials for another job. Definitely will buy from them. Brilliant service from purchase to delivery.

Terrible advice/after sales 👎. Actually, they are rude, ignoring my return request. USE roof supplies instead. I ask for advice to get a product on my flat roof. I was sold a product that doesn’t work and I found another suitable product from another company, half the price they sold me. They charged me £15 to get the product delivered and they re asking me to pay for the return which will be £60!!
I needed advice not mis-selling. Not happy.

NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

My order was never delivered. Nobody contacted me or explained what had happened.

I emailed customer service and was told they would look into it. I sent a second email when I heard nothing further — and received no response at all.

When I called, the only answer I got was that Roofing Superstore had done everything correctly and that the problem was with their delivery partner, who apparently was not responding to them.

The order was eventually rescheduled for delivery two weeks later — and, once again, it was not delivered.

As a result, I lost several days waiting for deliveries. They give you an enormous delivery window — 8am to 5pm — meaning you have to stay at home all day. The delay also held up my building project by at least two weeks.

Even worse, I had to pay workers who were waiting for the materials, despite the fact that the delay was completely outside my control.

What is most disappointing is not simply the failed delivery, but the complete lack of communication and customer service. If a company uses a delivery partner, it is still the company's responsibility to make sure that the order reaches the customer.

I would never use Roofing Superstore again and would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from them. Unless, of course, you want to recommend them to your enemies.

Easy to use website with plenty of choice,good value for money and arrived next day.Nothing negative to say would use again.

Quick delivery-really good quality roofing sheets and they look amazing-highly recommended.

I received exactly what I ordered exactly when they said I would. For me it was a large quantity of green shingle roofing tile strips. The quality is excellent and they have finished my outbuilding nicely.

Great product, cut to size, prompt delivery

Roofing superstore is the our favourite online merchant for our loft products. I have been using this company for a few years now. I order online and in 48 hours I get my items well packed and undamaged. The prices are comparable better from other online merchants or shops nearby.
