A fitting farewell.
From reporting the sad passing of my Husband where I spoke to Sarb.
They collected my Husband same day and was kept informed by Steve about what time and they arrived on the dot
Then I was assigned Jennie who kept me updated with what was happening and she is a good listener.
The date was set for the cremation and Jennie sent me a lovely email on the day😍
Then I was called by Courtney when I was available for me to receive the ashes and she delivered then on that day and time I requested.
I do not have a bad word to say all staff were sympathetic and took their time to listen to me I have booked my cremation through the same company.
Thank you all for your help all the way through the procedure from beginning to end well done 👍

From my initial enquiry to collecting my brother's ashes Symplicity Cremations were so helpful and kept me updated every step of the way. Staff showed compassion and understanding which was a great comfort to myself and my family. Thank you so much.

Exceptional care and understanding
I did a lot of research before choosing Simplicity Cremations. The sudden death of my partner was a shock and of course I was very emotional.
Rebecca from Simplicity Cremations was superb. So understanding and compassionate. And didn't mind me rambling on while I gave her all the details she needed. Rebecca kept me informed of every stage and even checked on how I was coping. Everything went smoothly exactly as had been explained to me complying with my wishes. Rebecca made the process so easy even for me despite the grief I was feeling. I am so impressed thst when I am ready I will take our a plan with them for myself. Thank you.

Got funeral plan at 69 and pensioner
Got funeral plan at 69 and pensioner, asked for a physical card for £50 Asda free card , told have to get one on line not technical, so presume won’t get that, should have bygone for a reputable firm now realised there under review, can I get the money back paying over £70 a month, trying to cancel won’t allow at the moment,
