I bought one of the girdles, and I needed a larger size. No one would reply to my email. They have no customer service whatsoever. Their sizes run small. They take your money, then they don’t care about you

My refund for order #7981031 is not received yet from last 20 days. Very poor customer service

Ordered a jeans was a little big in size, so first of all not had return option and exchange jeans available was not in my size...so raised a issue on chat, received a call from agent told me to upload a image in chat and return process will start and as I did this the chat got closed saying item has been delivered. SCAMMMMM!!! MY ₹1500 totally wasted

My #7960664 #7960398 refund has still not been received despite contacting your support team multiple times. I have already filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) regarding this matter.

Please process my refund without any further delay and provide me with a clear update today. Otherwise, I will proceed further with my NCH complaint and, if required, approach the Consumer Commission for appropriate action.

Worst experience, First of all trolly bags are not available in city like mumbai, in any of the store, I did contact all of the store in mumbai, none of the staff from all mumbai stores care about that, and not cooperative at all, no one bothers about brand reputation. Then I had no option but to go to snitch app and order from there, While purchasing they showed delivery date as 27th, but it was never going to be delivered to that date, it was just false commitment. And since then I am trying to follow up via the app support, since there is no direct number where I can directly call, I have to raise the ticket and then they will call us, but they have no option to cancel the order nore they can speedup the delivery, basically they just can't do anything, don't know why they called support staff if they can't support customer. My order is not yet delivered even after delaying order by 3 days, pathetic experience will never suggest anyone this brand , this was the first and last time I will purchase anything from this brand. The end of this brand for me.

Brand Snitch, First time wearing this T-shirt, and the fabric started snagging (thread pulls) during the very first wear. The quality is really disappointing. How can the fabric get damaged so easily after just one wear? I understand that my mistake was wearing it after the 30-day period, but that doesn’t change the fact that the fabric is of poor quality. I’m disappointed that you are not taking any responsibility for this issue. This is a very poor-quality T-shirt.

Pathetic customer service.
It's been 20 days I've requested a return and opened ticket again and again but no one came to pick the product. Different pick up agents called and said, I was assigned this by mistake... this is not my area, someone else will come and pick.

This is probably the last time I ordered Snitch clothing.

Scammer they are I return a snitch pant it’s been 1 month they didn’t update about that pant yet . I try at least 20 times to call them always get disconnected this company is scammer don’t buy anything form this company please guys

In my order 3 product were missing
There is no direct contact number of snitch , long delay in contacting always, no help from support team , I tried 1 month to get this resolved but they repeatedly not providing any sort of help and within a min they discontinue the call saying we can't help , pathetic behaviour
Other thing is the material quality is cheap and sizing is also not upto mark. Never buy from this site in future , very poor behaviour from snitch

Probably the worst experience I ever had with respect to online shopping for Snitch brand, they don't exchange items,they don't have proper helpline number to resolve issues and provide really poor service. I wasted my almost 1.5k with bad items which were really bad in fitting. Snitch if you are listening to this then try to solve this issue and prove yourself

Very dissappointed experience from such a big brand like @snitch.i have ordered a slimfit shirt and got delivered with a wrong fit.then i select return option but they dont have any delivery pickup partners at my area so they asked me to selfpickup for their banglore adress and then i delivered it through DTDC courier with my own money.It reached their warehouse also but no refund from 30 days.Almost i talked with more than 10 agents always they are escalating the issue and then nothing happening rather than ticked was in progress and then it closes by itself.such a frustrating,dissappointed experience from snitch try to rectify as soon as possible before brand gets collapsed in online.

Worst after-sales service I’ve ever experienced.

Buying from Snitch was a mistake. I requested an exchange, and since then I’ve been stuck in an endless loop of failed pickup attempts. Every time, the delivery partner calls me but never arrives to collect the package. The pickup then gets marked as failed or remains pending, and the same cycle repeats.

I contacted customer support multiple times and was even assured over the phone that a manual pickup had been arranged. That promise was never fulfilled. I also emailed the support team, but they haven’t responded.

The product is sitting with me, I’m ready to hand it over, but Snitch has failed to complete something as basic as a pickup.

This isn’t just poor customer service,it’s complete negligence towards customers after the sale.

I will never shop from Snitch again, and I will never recommend this brand to my friends or family. If you’re considering ordering from Snitch, be aware that if you need an exchange or support after your purchase, you may end up facing the same frustration.

Absolutely terrible experience with Snitch. They are incapable of meeting their delivery timelines. Instead of fulfilling your order, they hold your money for 10–15 days and then cancel it themselves. Save your time and money do not buy clothes from this company.

Horrible experience. They force the "You are in queue" even if you were talking to an agent and put the app in background to check the order details.

Failed to deliver an exchange order for 13 days and when raised asked for 24-48hrs and then nothing. The refund flow is horrible.

Please anyone reading this trust me just please stay away from this brand at all costs.. i don't write reviews usually but this is a fraud cheap company with dirty marketing gimmics

I’m extremely disappointed on my first time ordering from Snitch. I bought a CRED gift card specifically for this order, but as soon as I applied it, the price increased from ₹1,250 to ₹2,400. Also, my PIN code was serviceable earlier but is now showing as non-serviceable. Not going to use post this experience. I have even screenshot of the amount difference. Order id 7601407

Very disappointed with my experience. Snitch may have trendy and stylish designs, but the quality does not match the expectations. The fabrics feel average at best, and the biggest issue is the sizing. There seems to be no consistency at all. One medium shirt is so oversized that it feels like two sizes bigger, while another medium is extremely tight. This makes ordering online very frustrating.
The return and exchange process is also not customer-friendly. When customers face sizing issues, they should be able to get quick support, but there is no clear and reliable customer care contact. It is difficult to find a working phone number, and getting assistance through email is slow and uncertain.
A fashion brand should not only focus on following trends but also on maintaining consistent sizing, better quality control, and responsive customer support. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend shopping from Snitch.
