Booking on request..... A waste of time.
On the 5th attempt I was able to book my ski holiday. The first four were 'booking on request' which were not for filled by the accommodation provider. Seven days passed each time the provisional booing was made, after a month went past less and less trips were available and also were more expensive.

We regret that several booking requests from you could not be confirmed by our partners. However, please note that it is a service on our part to request rooms outside of our allotment so that you may still be able to get a room in the requested accommodation. We have no information in advance whether or not there is still availability and are bound by the processing times of the partners when providing feedback. Of course, you do not have to make use of this service. However, both bookings on request and directly bookable rooms are marked accordingly in the booking process.

Really helpful when I phoned with a query. Prices are incredible, especially if you manage to make use of an additional special offer. Including lift pass with the holiday keeps it really cheap too. Website is easy to navigate.

Booking efficiency and friendly teams…
Quick efficient easy to navigate web site, good property descriptions and useful local information makes it easy to select a property. We used them last year and had to make changes which they dealt with efficiently and with friendly staff. We have not as yet had the ski holiday so this is just the booking review.

Overcharged Ski Holiday !!!
Overcharged Ski Holiday !!!
Accommodation was not even near 3 star. It was a crappy apartment!!!
Lots of extra fees and charges upon arrival for things like bed sheets or towels.
The list goes on and on, holiday from hell and we were all counting down the day to be able to go home.
Sent pictures to SnowTrex asked for the refund but they have offered only 30 euro off our next booking.
Do yourself a favour and avoid this company.

Simple bookings
The whole booking process is great and easy. The variety of resort and budgets can suit anyone.
Slightly disappointed about the fact that after booking I found the same holiday package on a competitor's website for cheaper.

I tried to add 2 extra people to my…
I tried to add 2 extra people to my booking. The company were unhelpful and I had to pay a £120 cancellation fee to then rebook. One star avoided as they were good last year and staff polite on the phone.
