Well I was so concerned when I read the reviews about Spares Hut but there was definitely no need.
I ordered A pair of rear shocks absorber’s for my Vauxhall Combo on Tuesday 3rd June and they arrived today 5th.
The parts are of the highest quality and they were half the price of anywhere else. I didn’t pay any extra for delivery and they arrived within 2 days.
I would definitely recommend Spares Hut and I will definitely be using them again.

My wind mirror was ruined on Sunday. I ordered the new part on Monday and, by Thursday late afternoon, I was back on the road with everything working. Thank you for yuor very prompt and efficient response. Oh, and the price was very welcome. Thank you

I regret ordering from Spares Hut.
After spending 1hr fitting the component, it did not fix the issue. Further time was spent testing the item which turned out to be faulty!
After all this wasted time, the worst part is the customer service whch dragged on for so long asking useless questions despite being told the part was faulty, that I have missed the returns window.
I do not recommend. :-(

6 emails and i review and they still have not got in touch to replace the wrong part they sent. come on spares hut get in touch and sort this out.......

Paid extra premium DHL next day delivery at 2:20pm on Wednesday and expected the parcel to be delivered by Thursday. But they didn't ship it out until next day close to noon. It's impossible to get it next day even you paid the premium shipping despite they claim that they aim to deliver the part within 24 hrs. Avoid this website if you need a part in hurry.

Ordered a wing mirror , the unit was fine but the glass was broke tryed getting touch but no respond there no protection in the packaging a bit of bubble wrap wrap would of been suffice so now I’ve got to order glass again Brilliant did come fast but damaged

Delivery of goods DHL delivered 4 days too late

Ordered a part for my Mercedes citan van and within 2 days it arrived. I live in Northern Ireland so getting stuff here from England can be a pain because of the Irish Sea border, spares hut are the exception. Delivered on time in great packaging and the part inside in perfect condition. I will be using this company from now on when it comes to parts for my car. Exceptional company 10/10.
