Customer service is non existent. The phone number just stays in hold. Emails dont get answered. Paid for dhl premium next day. They sent it via evri not next day. Absolute joke.

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. Needed a new wing mirror casing and found the one I needed, sent a message to customer service to ensure it was definitely the correct one which they confirmed it was. My order arrived the next day and I was chuffed to bit that it was free next day delivery! Super fast responses and great customer service. Highly recommend!!

Use at caution !!
I bought 2 lower arms for my car had them fitted ,and the car felt funny so I took it back to my mechanic who showed me that there was excessive travel in the rubber bushes on both sides. So as I needed my car I had to go out and purchase 2 more arms from another local supplier, and the comparison was shocking the new arms were much heavier duty and half as heavy again. This company is selling cheap rubbish

Sent the wrong part out
Sent the wrong part out. Rather than correct there mistake they spent 2 days arguing with me. Then told me I have to pay for the return even though it's there fault. Better of using ebay at least your protected from company's like this.

Excellent free delivery service, item arrived the following day.
Item looked good quality & was easy to fit.
Hopefully it functions as good as it looks.

3 months still no parts.
Promised a refund……nothing.
Acknowledged it wasn’t delivered still no refund.
Told the bank it was delivered so they took back the card issued refund.
Scam artists.
