Kite winder string broke in 2 where it…
Kite winder string broke in 2 where it had been glued poorly so had to take it to joiners shop to be repaired

First StairBox experience.
Fitted stairs together with professional carpenter and the fit was millimetre perfect. Assembled stairs very sturdy, but heavier than expected. Definitely a ‘two-person’ project.
The carpenter has been using an alternative supplier, but would now consider StairBox for future projects.
Very pleased with result and amazed at how accurate the stairs fitted into an extremely tight space.

Very patient designer,great product, easy to install
It was my first time, as I'm not a builder and Alex helped me very patiently getting all the measurements spot on, which made the installation straightforward. The order process and logistics/delivery was also fantastic. Great quality product too.

Faultless start to finish
Online design is straightforward, allowing you to change all sorts of dimensions to get the staircase to fit into ,what for me was an awkward space. Once ordered I got notification a few days later on a delivery date, I'm way up North in the Highlands, so didn't expect super quick but for a custom made stair I'm very pleased with the lead time, delivery is trackable you you know when it's arriving within a 2 hour time slot. My winder staircase is of good quality and assembly was straightforward.
If I ever need another staircases I wouldn't think twice about using Stair box.
