Customer service was great, from initial contact when getting measurements correct to highlighting a missed item. Delivery was quick and we were kept informed and then help to unload. Built by our carpenter who was impressed with the quality and ease that it went in.

We ordered a stair case from stair box the carpenters I wanted couldn’t order or fit it for over a month so I ordered it measured it was really easy and we fitted it ourselves I would highly recommend the company and def use again

The lady in customer service was extremely proficient , knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The goods were delivered on time. Upon delivery, the delivery driver was extremely helpful too. The goods were as described and were of the exact measurements ordered. (That is rare). I am extremely satisfied with the top-class service I have received and would not hesitate to recommend or use Stairbox again. 10 out of 10 - Great company!!!!

Ordered replacement banister, oak and glass.
Really helpful measuring guides online, and even more helpful when I phoned before I placed the order as I was unsure of a measurement.

Delivery took a few weeks, but they use their own delivery drivers. And the driver couldn’t have been more helpful, keeping me updated on timings and bringing the stuff in.

Quality of the wood and glass is perfect. It looks beautiful.

Maybe they expect to sell to professionals ? But we’re just a couple of diy novices!

We had a couple of snags - one filler section was impossible to get out of the handrail - it was like it hadn’t been fully cut. We had to recut and prise it out with quite a bit of effort.

And upstairs banister, mitre joint hasn’t been cut although diagrams on the order show that it should have been mitred.

Good but…… everything fits together very well, and there was a pleasant amount of parts pre assembled compared to what I’d be supplied by joinery shops (I’m a carpenter) be prepared though, it’s the knottiest lowest quality softwood I’ve ever worked with. The stairs took so much prep before de oration it was ridiculous

The Company is great to deal with. Very helpful staff when we needed help with the design of the staircase and balustrade. The delivery was on time and the delivery driver was very helpful. The staircase itself is terrific, very robust and was easy to install. The only issue we had was on the website, where we could not trace orders, but it was easily resolved via a telephone enquiry

Good Experience, great service, good quality and arrived on time. Amazing transformation at a reasonable price. Only challenge for a couple of DIY Amateurs was getting the correct measurements for the angles.
