Very good experience with using stairbox. Website was easy to use and order both stair cases. The customer service was great and the 1hr window delivery slot was extremely convenient. Quality was very good and my customer was very happy. I would not hesitate in recommending stairbox and I’ll be sure to use them again.

Helpful when you phone in with measurements, delivery driver very nice and helpful.
Timber reasonably knotty, and dissapointed that newels were 4x2 glued together and 2x2 for half newel, but price point it makes sense.

Really great customer service I called…
Really great customer service I called Harry on a number of occasions and Harry had a smile on his face each time and helped with some of the most simple questions for him but very complicated questions from me or from my understanding about staircases.

The delivery was fine the items were…
The delivery was fine the items were good quality.
The balustrade was supposed to come built up as recommended by stairbox but came kit form giving me more work than anticipated.
There were also not enough wedges for the treads and risers 20 short causing again more work making extra ones
All this said I would order from here again
