St. Modwen Homes Avis

House, location and the builders have been great, the post purchase customer care has been fantastic, with great communication. Only a few little niggles, nothing really and they have been fixed quickly.
We were due to part exchange, we had already reserved the first house but the sales team sold it from under us! We reserved a second house and all was well but for some "legal" reason, they couldn't part exchange (this was never really fully explained to us). Move with us who were selling (either on part x or separate sale) were terrible! no communication until they wanted something, then all rush rush rush. I certainly would not use them again!

We brought our St Modwens home in Branston two years ago and as with all new builds we had a couple of snags. We have had Craig the maintenance technician with us for a few days to fix all these minor issues and he was a superstar. So polite, worked clean and tidy, finished all jobs to an incredible level and even managed to work around our daughters nap times without disturbing her. A true gentleman, a credit to St Modwen and an incredible all round technician with no task however big or small being too much trouble. Thank you Craig, you are a legend.

We are on the Blythe Fields estate and all the way through Fiona kept us informed on how things were progressing. Once we moved in, the house is amazing, it feels like we are on holiday everyday. Any issues we have, have been dealt with superbly by Kirsty. Would definitely recommend.

Me and my partner have visited the Ember park show home numerous times, Carl and Jane have been very welcoming and extremely helpful! As first time buyers, they’ve been very informative and supportive.

I visited ember park today and the young guy was very helpful although we are not buying there we are buying at another site he was very personable and friendly what a lovely showhome aswell.

A friendly and detailed explanation of buying from them

Great staff and sales at Ember park. Thank you to the site manager that showed me around one of the unsold plots.

I love the show homes at Ember park! I’ve never been anywhere where the staff are so knowledge - I think the young man’s name was Carl? he’s so helpful, I want to thank him for showing me all the different options I have within my price range.

Ember Park Sales and site team have been great with me and my partner when buying out home, they where very helpful and thoughtful.

Nichola at Sunderland site recently is an absolute delight so welcoming, helpful and professional ⭐️💫

My wife and I have been looking for a new home and by chance came across the St Modwen development in Sunderland. We were welcomed by Nicola who was extremely friendly and helpful. She understood our requirements and has been very willing to assist in our house move process and even took us on a tour of the property. Her knowledge of the site is impressive and we look forward to progressing our house journey with Nicola’s assistance. Thank you.

Caroline & Tigan at Branston Leas are amazing. They have been so helpfully from the very first day we walked in they were so welcoming. They have answered every question we have asked. I have loved getting the updates on the progress of the house too.

I am a first-time-buyer and from start to finish, this has been a relatively stress-free experience.

Tigan and Caroline, in the sales team, have been outstanding. They have been consistently professional, approachable, and always on hand to help, which made the whole process smooth, and not overwhelming for a first-time buyer. I didn’t feel like any question I had was stupid. Despite their heavy work load, they make you feel like you’re the priority.

The build quality of the home is very impressive. A professional snagging inspection identified 65 items, but the vast majority were minor cosmetic points, which is reassuring for a new build. The build was complimented and described as ‘at a very high standard’.

A special mention to Site Manager Dave, who has been exceptional. Leading up to and post completion, he has been highly responsive, proactive, and quick to resolve any issues raised. His attention to detail and commitment has really stood out. I genuinely feel looked after.

Overall, I’m incredibly happy with my new home. This is clearly a quality development delivered by a team that cares. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

The show home at ember park Middlesbrough is amazing, the sales team really made us feel welcome even though we are not buying for some time thanks again ember park

We had an appointment with Kyle at Snibston Mill on Saturday.

We are looking to purchase a new home in 18/24 months and had been looking at St Modwen developments to try and get a feel for the 4 bed properties.

Kyle replied back quickly and arranged an appointment for us to discuss what we were after.

Kyle took time to show us around a couple of the 4 bed properties that they had at Snibston Mill, which they did not have show homes for.

He was an absolute credit to the company, funny, engaging and listening. Nothing was too much trouble.

He advised us of a couple of properties at a similiar development at Egstow Park and even phoned ahead whilst we were en route to let them know we were coming.

Absolutely fantastic customer service.

Am looking to buy a house ,I've been dealing with Sue ,she is very kind and patient and provided me with all information needed, Sue highly recommended .Thanks

Went spontaneously with no appointment to the Valley Rise development.
Joanne was very welcoming and gave us lots of useful information.
St Modwen seems to really value transparency and high quality build. It was the most engaged and excited we have been when visiting a development!
Now that we have some plots in mind, its just a matter of confirming the finances.

We have recently bought a house on the Bramshall meadows estate from start to finish Kayleigh was always available to help her positive attitude made the buying process 100 time easier and Will doing only his 2nd home demo was brilliant answered every question we had thank you from all at plot 494

As a first-time buyer, I appreciated the professionalism and support from the sales manager Julie Mccarthy. Her guidance, responsiveness, and clear communication made the experience positive and much less stressful.
