It's seems impossble to pay switch2 by card. Direct debit is not available on their website. Requires a phone call to request a Direct debit email to be sent, but the Direct debit link doesnt work. T... Voir plus
I called Switch 2 to discuss the recent change over from Veolia, as I was very confused! Lauren was brilliant. Very informative, kind, calm and helpful. I would highly recommend Lauren for sure!!!

I called switch2 to book an appointment for essential essential maintenance but the lines where busy so I booked a call back and the call came less than 1 minute later, the operator was a lovely man who had lovely manners and was very accommodating so hats off to you for having lovely staff.

Rang to see if appointment had been made for tomorrow it hadn't but was message on comp to say they were ringing me tomorrow to make appointment. The man I spoke to was really helpful and clear with his information
