Customer service was incredibly helpful…

Customer service was incredibly helpful and solved my problem very quickly. It was a bit of a long wait to get across to an agent but after that, my issue was resolved literally in minutes. Super helpful people.

I called switch2 to book an appointment…

I called switch2 to book an appointment for essential essential maintenance but the lines where busy so I booked a call back and the call came less than 1 minute later, the operator was a lovely man who had lovely manners and was very accommodating so hats off to you for having lovely staff.
