Very helpful member of staff. Customer service was on point
Debit, Credit, and Direct debit not accepted
It's seems impossble to pay switch2 by card. Direct debit is not available on their website. Requires a phone call to request a Direct debit email to be sent, but the Direct debit link doesnt work. Their help line announces the same old "error" message for their "new" customer service helpline menu options, and then forwards you to an operator. Which, I will grant you, is rare they are a real person and usually only a few minutes wait
But. It's 2026 how are they stuck in the 1900s?

I didn't have to wait too long to speak to a customer service advisor. My advisor, Lauren, was so great and she helped me in seconds. She was thorough with her explanation of my problem. The solution was quick and service was great.
