After waiting a short time I used the automated call back service and within 10 minutes that’s what happened. I was pleased to find the advisor was English speaking, friendly and helpful. She was able to resolve my issue within minutes. Well done 👍🏻

Maintenance No-show
Booked maintenance, took day off to accomodate, then switch2 proceeded to not show up at all.
First called mid-day and customer service acknowledged the booking but claimed they will call engineer and call-back when they received a response on whereabouts and schedule.
Engineers never showed up, and call back never happened.
Second call an hour later different customer service rep straight up denied there was any record of a maintance ever booked.
Great, a whole day wasted.

There's a lot to improve
There's a lot to improve. I recently booked an engineer appointment and instead of coming on the agreed day they left a "sorry we missed you" card the folllowing day. Service charges are quite high for the level of service and competence across the board. Nothing specifically with individual employees, it's more of a systemic issue.
