Went in to tenpin eastbourne for a booked bowling game there was a que of 3 people and 6 members of staff just standing around whilst 1 member served the games the food and the drinks why would you employ that many incompetent people to just stand around

Always a good game!
Always clean, tidy, staff great,
Always a great deal for bowling. Only 4 stars as since they’ve changed the bowl and eat deal to burger only it would be nice to have the option to buy a side of nuggets on the menu for anyone who doesn’t eat burgers and not have to buy a whole other 4 nugget meal as the only option.

Keep receiving emails from TenPin asking me to review them after they required my email to order food via my phone to the bowling lane. Specifically ticked the box to not to be contacted using my personal details and there’s no option to unsubscribe.

Bowling feels like a side hustle
Mid week deals pretty good but the staff just don’t really care about anything but selling alcohol and they always bunch people together or let people pay for one person and have 8 on the lane.

The facilities were good on the whole…
The facilities were good on the whole but it was very busy due to summer holidays and although there were a number of staff to accommodate this time of year, only two were actually working the booking till.. i say till as the other wasn't on! We experienced two members of staff have a very loud argument with many words exchanged and resulting in a member of staff leaving during their shift. This further affected the timely response of other staff as they had to pull the weight of the staff member who left.

We started late because the staff had a problem with organising.
Then we wanted to buy cider and they said that they have just apple so we agreed to buy and another lady came and said that they don't sell cider now they just sell beer that is more expensive. We didn't want beer so we didn't buy anything.

Great for the family
My family and I don't go often but when we do we really enjoy it. Bowling here is fun the place is clean and I've never been when it's really loud or full of people. We give ourselves silly names and upload photo to the screens. The drinks are always delivered to lane. Usually I lose at bowling but its about the time together and Tenpin gives us the chance to all get together. There's other opportunity for me to beat the family at pool and the arcade we can all be silly and have lots of fun.

Only one person to do everything like…
Only one person to do everything like book people in and the. The lane broke so we had to move our game to another lane and we booked food which the staff knew and I had to chase it several times and it still came out 20 mins after our game had finished , the good was oily and refried and clearly rushed . When I asked the staff what was happening she seemed extremely stressed and shared she is the only one there !
