Amazing customer service.
Been a customer of designer rooms for a while now. Wanted to buy everything in the shop for my new house! Staff are lovely especially Caitlin. Can’t wait to come back and buy more ❤️

Keeping up to date with delivery
Ordered furniture really happy with what I’ve bought the shop was excellent but need to keep up with when it’s getting delivered I had to chase delivery day they got back straight away with date but still waiting on times when they are delivering on the day that it’s ment to arrive this is not a negative comment

Staff are nice and very helpful, you're free to look around and if you need any help you just need to ask. Jacqui was great and helped me with my purchase making sure I was happy with everything. Would definitely recommend.

Great service
Cashier was lovely and even went to the trouble of bubble wrapping a vase I was buying and popped it in a lovely bag too. Another cashier went and got the exact sizes of a mirror I enquired about. Excellent service 👍 will def be back
