Stephen took time to listen to our requirements, found a solution suitable to us and was meticulous in ensuring that our order was correct, reading through the order carefully.

The team and service were great, however the sofa I bought is not at all like the one we sat on in the show room some months ago . . the sofa is ‘hard’ really hard, uncomfortable to sit on. . Its also too short on the seat pad length, I’m only 5ft 5 and its too short :’-( Looks good but has been a waste of money as its its not fit for purpose & will need to be replaced.

Went into the Kimarnock store to order the Bianca small sideboard,to match the Bianca dining set,i bought previously,in and out in 6 mins,side board ordered,and paid for,great service.

Sales person very helpful and took my order but; I feel she could have made me more aware of the fact that she was explaining the terms and conditions to me prior to requesting my signature to confirm these.

Shelley served us at the Kilmarnock shop, was lovely when she approached us. Gave us time to think about it. Shelley explained everything I needed to know. Would definitely have her help when going back to the shop.
