Bought a few pieces of furniture for our new home at the Prestwick Road, Ayr branch. Lorraine took plenty of time with us and offered solutions to our questions. Very pleasant, helpful and friendly.

Damaged my flooring on delivery and took no ownership. Rudest customer service I’ve ever dealt with and lie about their policies. Would avoid if you’re considering buying from here.

We take any report of damage during a delivery seriously and would never intentionally dismiss a customer’s concerns. Where an issue is reported, we review the information and evidence available to us before reaching an outcome.
We’re also sorry that you feel our policies were misrepresented. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we would be happy to clarify any aspect of our policies where there has been a misunderstanding.

Debbie is amazing.
We bought someone furniture from the outlet store in Robroyston. We were very impressed. The shop was clean and had lots of options.
Debbie was happy to help us. She was so kind and helpful. She even helped us carry our stuff to our car which I thought was above and beyond. I love our new furniture (well got bar stools, a coffee table and rio side tables) and really enjoyed my shopping experience at the designer rooms. Would highly recommend - helpful staff, great value and great quality products. I will be back.
