Fish were delivered in a timely manner and alive. Colors of fish came back in a few days after they relaxed and adjusted to water parameters, thank you.

13 of the fish were deal upon arrival. My husband took photos and tried to contact but the only method of contact required log in codes from me while I was at work and never received. No phone, no way to contact. MAKE IT RIGHT!

Great Discus, Great price
This company stands by their fish, they package very well and care about the fish.
I had a loss and they offered either a replacement or a refund, I choose a replacement and that one came DOA, they still gave me a refund.
Great communication, willing to work with you.
I highly reccomend.

Guy on the phone insisted sending the…
Guy on the phone insisted sending the fish early because "I've already packed then up" arrived a week earlier than the date give at checkout. My aquarium wasnt fully cycled, did my best but they all died (except 2 tough corys). My aquarium was with a few days of being ready. This didnt have to happen. Anyway ordered new fish from a different place and they worked with me to customize the delivery date around weather and aquarium readiness. Those fish are thriving.

We did issue a credit for the four corydoras that were lost, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to make that right. Waiting until your aquarium was fully cycled would have given them a much better chance. We’re sorry there was an error on the shipment date on this end and your order arrived before you were ready.
