Ok not great
I ordered 2 inch different discus. One never really recovered from transport and died in a day (they have a two hour return policy.) one died a few weeks later. The remaining 4 seem happy and healthy but three are all same. They’re fine but I’ll purchase somewhere else next time I’m

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear two of your discus didn’t make it. We do want to clarify that our Live Arrival Guarantee is a 2-hour notification window, not a 2-hour return policy. That window allows us to quickly assess any issues and help determine the best course of action while the fish are still acclimating.
Even though the first fish passed away the following day and was outside of our 2-hour notification window, we still would have been happy to look into it since you mentioned it never really recovered from shipment. If a fish doesn’t appear healthy upon arrival or seems to be struggling during acclimation, we always encourage customers to contact us as soon as possible. In many cases, we can help assess the situation and recommend steps that may improve the outcome.
We’re glad to hear the other four are doing well, although we’re sorry another was lost a few weeks later. We also understand your disappointment that three of the remaining fish looked alike. Our assorted discus packs are selected from the varieties available at the time, and while we do our best to provide a nice mix, duplicates can occasionally happen.

iFISH STORE IS THE BEST!!!
I recently found out about the iFISH store and it was absolutely great! They have the best collection of fish that I have ever seen in any aquarium store. In addition, the staff, (especially) Valerie, was so helpful. Valerie gave directions, (better than google map! LOL), and a well detailed sheet on how to acclimate new fish. It is definitely worth the trip! Highly recommended!!

This was my first buy from the ifish…
This was my first buy from the ifish store Have been raising Discus for years and the quality or even getting the fish one orders is questionable. Ifish store created my account for the one DOA and the 80% surviving are growing fast. I have paid nearly 400 for 1 Discus and only 18 and change for these guys. Is there peppering yes some. Do they have a good eye to body ratio maybe 1 or 2. But something always seems to happen. If they live 10 years then they were the best. Double bags. No smell. No fin burn
